An emergency motion was made on April 12, 2010 and the Trustee was appointed the following day. This APPOINTMENT was made on April 14, 2010.

On May 5, 2010 a meeting was held and transcribed in this transcript of the 341 MEETING, which outlined and explained what had taken place and what the Chapter 11 Trustee had done.

On September 7, 2010 a FINAL JUDGEMENT was made in favor of the Chaper 11 Trustee.

In 2010 a WEBSITE was established by the Official Creditors Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") for the bankruptcy case of Lydia Cladek, Inc., pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, before the Honorable Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Paul M. Glenn, to provide information and updates for investors, claimants, and other parties who may have an interest in the proceedings.
