In April the United States Trustee for Region 21 appointed Michael Phelan, c/o Michael Moecker & Associates, as Chapter 11 Trustee of Lydia Cladek, Inc. The bond of the Chapter 11 Trustee was fixed in the amount of $25,000.00. His bond was subject to increase at the direction of the United States Trustee, or upon motion of any party in interest, including the debtor and the entry of an order increasing the amount of the bond. This APPOINTMENT was made on April 14, 2010.

On September 7, 2010 a FINAL JUDGEMENT was made in favor of the Chaper 11 Trustee.

In 2010 a WEBSITE was established by the Official Creditors Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") for the bankruptcy case of Lydia Cladek, Inc., pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, before the Honorable Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Paul M. Glenn, to provide information and updates for investors, claimants, and other parties who may have an interest in the proceedings.
